What does Tonava sell?
Tonava offers music instruments, accessories, and audio gear for musicians at every level. Our collection includes saxophones, guitars, trumpets, flutes, trombones, mouthpieces, reeds, cases, stands, and other music essentials.
Do you ship within the United States?
Yes. We currently ship orders within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after your order has shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express Shipping is available for $29.99 where applicable. Express Shipping includes priority handling to help your order arrive faster.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@tonava.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has started processing or has shipped.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please email us immediately at support@tonava.com. If the order has not been processed yet, we will do our best to update the address. Tonava is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tonava.com. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue.
Can I return an item?
Returns are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. To request a return, please contact us at support@tonava.com with your order number and reason for return.
